Booking Policy

Reservations

  • Guests can book rooms directly through our website, phone, email, or trusted booking platforms.

  • A valid name, contact number, and email address are required to confirm reservations.

  • Advance payment may be required to secure your booking during peak seasons or for long stays.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Government-issued photo identification (passport for international guests, citizenship/ID for Nepali guests) is required at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.

  • In case of no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Payment Policy

  • We accept cash (NPR), major credit/debit cards, and digital payments where available.

  • For online bookings, payment may be collected at the time of reservation or upon check-in, depending on the rate plan chosen.

  • Any additional services (meals, transport, laundry, etc.) must be settled at check-out.

Children & Extra Beds

  • Children below 5 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.

  • Extra beds are available on request with additional charges.

  • Baby cots can be arranged subject to availability.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

Airport Pickup & Transport

  • Airport shuttle service is available on request at an additional charge.

  • Guests are advised to share flight details at least 24 hours in advance for smooth arrangements.

House Rules

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

  • Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect the comfort of other guests.

  • Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
